- Find a strong, large box and stand straight in front of it. You can also replace it with any sturdy surface having raised edges.
- Jump up to reach the top of the box and land with both of your feet onto it.
- Now, start to make your legs straight slowly.
- Once you get back into the standing position, jump down from the top of the box.
