Weight training at home for beginners

Superman: 

This targets the abdominal and back muscles. Lie down on the yoga mat/exercise mat with your face towards the ground (facedown position). Extend your hands forward with elbows straight. Now raise your hands first and then legs as much as you can (you should use your back muscles to raise your hands and legs). While you raise your hands and legs, inhale and hold this position for 10-15 seconds and exhale. Repeat.

Dumbbell Flyes: This exercise targets your pectoral muscles, or your chest. Even women should do it to keep their breasts in good shape. It can be done with the help of dumbbells or even resistance bands. Make sure you do not injure yourself so start with lighter weights. Do 2 sets of 10 reps each.
