Weight Training Exercises

Here are a few exercises by nutritionist Sneha Sadhwani for weight training at home. These are a mix of exercises that require dumbbells or use your body weight, which again strengthens your muscles.
Squats:
It targets the muscles of the thighs, butt, hamstrings, hips, shoulders, abs, lower back and upper back.
One can do this at home holding one dumbbell in each hand or a kettlebell with both hands.
Do 4 sets of 10 reps with 30 seconds of rest after each set.
