What helps you find motivation to work out when you really don’t want to get your butt to the gym? There are definitely times where I can come up with more excuses as to why I can’t go to the gym over reasons why I need to go. Sometimes I just have to remind myself of my goals in order to get going.

I need to start somewhere even if its a 15 minute workout and only 10 push ups and 20 situps so my body can adjust. And then keep moving up a cpl each everyday after that.
