The unstable surface of a Bosu ball makes muscles work harder to maintain balance.

Flip the Bosu over onto its dome, flat side up. Grip the sides of the platform or place your hands on top of it and perform a push-up. Keep your body in a straight line and keep your core engaged the entire time.[/su_box]

Adding a medicine ball under your feet (harder) and/or hands turns a ho-hum move into a power workout.

Perform a traditional plank exercise but start with your feet and/or hands on a sturdy medicine ball; keep your body aligned without allowing your hips to hike up or sag. Hold for 20 to 60 seconds.[/su_box]

  1. I have been here for the first time but the exercises I viewed fascinated me. I am a fitness enthusiast and like new exercises which I find here. You are really doing a good job for wellness.

  2. Is it true that when you do the same exercises for so long, the body don’t consider them exercises?
