First of all, I want to make sure that you know the difference between a workout program and a warm up. A workout program is a program that contains certain exercises that take time, patience and dedication, but in the end they transform your body. And you cannot do that if you do it for 10-15 minutes, 3 times a week, for sure. I just want to make sure that you know about these “10 minutes workout programs”, because a workout should definitely last longer than a warm up. In the first 10-15 minutes your body is just warming up, so please break that myth in your head, that you can get fit in just 10 minutes a day, because you can’t. So, no, you cannot lose weight fast! It’s a long lasting process.
Also you have to go to the gym at least 4-5 times a week, or just invest in some home gym equipment. So yes, you’re gonna need some exercise equipment, dumbbells, free weights, a bar and maybe elliptical trainer, but step by step you’re gonna do it!
