Begin lying flat on your back legs extended straight forward, arms at your sides. Using your core and maintaining a straight back, propel the body upwards into a ‘V’ position (knees bent), balancing on your glutes. Twist and tap the floor on the right, then left, then lower to the start position maining control and tension in the core. Repeat.

Begin in a high plank position. Bend the knees so that the feet are in a forward position. Maintain a tight core throughout this movement. Keeping the right hand planted on the ground, twist the body and weave the right leg under and parallel to the ground, pushing through the heel and bringing the left hand up to the left shoulder. Return to the start position and repeat on the opposite side.
