  1. First of all, stand straight on the floor by keeping your feet hip width apart
  2. Now stretch your arms straight out to the sides at shoulder height
  3. Remember to keep your fingers together and your palms down
  4. Now rotate your thumbs back until your palms face up
  5. This entire set of movement completes on repetition
  6. Keep doing this for about 30 repetitions
  7. Make sure you keep your arms lifted all throughout this workout
