Do 5 rounds for time (rest 3 minutes between each round):

  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 30 Push-ups
  • 40 Sit-ups
  • 50 Squats

Modifications: Jumping pu or ring rows instead of pu and push-ups on knees.

Cindy

Amrap 20 minutes (complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes):

  • 5 Pull-Ups
  • 10 Push -ups
  • 15 Squats

4 Rounds

Do 4 rounds for time:

  • 25 Split Squats (per leg)split-squat
  • 10 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 25 V-Upsv-ups

Modifications: Put a pillow or ab mat under your head for the HSPU or do a handstand hold  for 10 seconds. Sub v-ups for regular sit-ups.
