8 Ways to Exercise While Watching TV

Stand with a chair facing forward in front of you, as if a friend is sitting between you and the TV screen. Hold the back of the chair with your two hands, shoulder-distance apart. Tighten your tush, hold one leg and lift the other leg – keeping it straight – behind you. Steadily bring the leg back. You should also keep your toes stretched. I like to do several sets of 10 on each leg!

Fold clothes

Hey, whoever said folding clothes isn’t exercise! I like to haul laundry while watching TV in between commercial breaks or a pause. Then, fold ‘em! It’s some type of movement, and it’s a great way to get your laundry done and catch up with your favorite show.

  1. I’m doing push ups ,sit-ups,many different dumbell exercises ,abs ,leg stretching,back stretching,running simulation,reverse dips,neck and middle section exercises with a bar and other no name exercises,with chairs and dumbells.
