It’s better to have some activity than no activity. Workout at least 4 times a week. Run for cardio, and fast walk if you like it better.

There’re different types of cheap workout equipment, such as resistance bands, that you can order from the internet for like 20$. It’s worth investing in fitness equipment, because you’re investing in yourself that way.

And workout bands are really great option for strength training if you don’t go to the gym. They even come with variety of exercises.
