Weighted Hollow Rocks (8 reps)
This is core CrossFit exercise. You can use dumbbells, kettlebells or weight plate, behind you.
Uneven Weighted Hollow Rock (8 reps)
It`s the hardest variation of Hollow Rock exercise. You will need lightweight dumbbells (5 pounds).
Russian Twist (8 reps)
This exercise better to do with a dumbbell. You must turn the dumbbell far out away from your body and hold it for 1 second.
