Beginner-Friendly CrossFit Workout

Ready to test the waters of CrossFit? This workout is basic, easy to follow, and provides you with typical CrossFit exercises. If you like this type of workout, then CrossFit may be a good fitness regimen for you!

What to Do: Set the clock to 10 minutes. Complete 10 repetitions of each exercise. See how many rounds you can complete in 10 minutes. Then next time you come back to do the workout, see if you can beat your number of rounds![/su_note]
