Stand on the floor in straight position. Hold dumbbells in your hands and bring them in a straight line with your upper body. (Your hands and chest should be in a straight line and parallel to the floor). Spread your legs about 4-5 inches apart from each other. Bend your body to the right side, downward from the hips. Keeps your waist straight, thus allowing your left hand to come up in the air and your right hand comes down and touches the ground. Repeat the same activity on the other side too.[/su_box]

Stand straight on the floor. Move your feet 4 inches apart from each other.  Hold dumbbells in your hands. Raise your hands up in the air, stretch them. Turn your right leg to 90 degrees on the right side & accordingly turn your left leg in the same direction. Keep your back straight. Look upwards towards your hands facing the sky.[/su_box]
