10 Minute Emom (every minute on the minute)

Complete those reps in 1 minute and then start over on the next minute (25lb for women, 35lb for men):

  • 8 Dumbbell Bent Over Rowsbent-over-rows
  • 8 DB Hang CleansDB hang clean
  • 8 DB Push Pressdb push-press

Modifications: Decrease dumbbell weight.

  • 100 Pull-Ups
  • 100 Push-Ups
  • 100 Sit-Ups
  • 100 Squats

Modifications: Change it to 10 rounds of 10 reps or decrease the reps to 50 each.
